Whether it’s a quick email exchange, a transatlantic conference call, a critical presentation, or just a passing chat –   sometimes objectives get lost in translation. Our passion for our work can be sidetracked by misunderstanding, a perceived lack of appreciation, or a feeling of disconnect around decisions between employees and management.  Sometimes we dismiss our bosses, reports, or colleagues as “difficult,” turning away from what will make things right – and productive – between us. This seminar is aimed at restoring enthusiasm for reciprocal communication – with those down the hall and around  the globe.
